Cancellation Policy

INDEMNITY AND AGREEMENTS I understand that there are no refunds for missed classes, credits, or rollovers. I understand that during class I take full responsibility for my child and I must not leave the room. For school age classes only if I choose to not to sit in the room, I will ensure the teacher knows I am leaving. Dance Adventure may use photos or filmed footage from classes and events for use in their website, social media or other promotional material. I hereby give permission for myself and my child to appear in such material. Please notify any concerns regarding this. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dance Adventure, its educators, employees, liabilities, costs and expenses including solicitor's fees which they or any of them or my child may sustain or incur in any way arising out of my child's participation in any and all Dance Adventure activities.
